If your business is looking to purchase equipment, an existing facility, or build a new facility - this is an Economic Update you won’t want to miss! Join us to learn about the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) 504 program from Vice President and Loan Officer of the WBD, Mike Dieckman. This program has helped hundreds of local businesses grow by providing low, fixed-rate, long-term financing with as little as 10% down and can work with any bank or credit union.

"For nearly 20 years I have been helping local businesses access the SBA 504 loan program in partnership with local banks and credit unions and chances are I have worked with your lender.  Don't be scared off by what you might think about a "government" program because I handle all of the interactions with the SBA. With interest rates rising, the time is right to make sure you know all of your options and working with WBD is always in the best interest of the borrower!" - Mike Dieckman

Tobi LeMahieu, Fund Manager, at the West Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission will provide an update on the Regional Business Fund, Inc. (RBF). Learn more about RBF, a regional business revolving loan fund operating in the Wisconsin counties of Barron, Chippewa, Clark, Dunn, Eau Claire, Polk, and St. Croix. RBF offers low-interest gap loan funds to businesses providing an economic benefit which could include a business expansion; diversification of the economy; the addition of new technology; creation or retention of quality jobs; and/or private capital investment in the region.
"Regional Business Fund provides loans to businesses when banks, credit unions, or SBA cannot fully finance a project or cannot assist at all. RBF provides another source of low-interest financing to start-ups and established companies. Our borrowers oftentimes tell us they would not have been able to move forward with their project if not for the assistance of RBF.” – Tobi LeMahieu
