The Eau Claire Area Economic Development Corporation (EDC) is a 501 (c) (6) non-profit organization. The EDC is funded by public and private sector organizations, that have joined together to enhance the economic well-being of area residents by promoting business expansion.

The organizational structure includes:

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the policy-making body of the Eau Claire Area EDC. Its members represent area leadership in business, education and government. Learn more

The Executive Committee makes policy and program recommendations and exercises the powers of the Board of Directors between board meetings.
