Our Organizational Structure

The Eau Claire Area Economic Development Corporation is a 501 (c) (6) non-profit organization that consists of public and private sector organizations, who have joined together for the purpose of promoting growth and expansion of businesses to enhance the general economic well-being of the residents in the individual communities of Eau Claire County.

The organizational structure includes:

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the policy-making body of the Eau Claire Area EDC. Its 20 members represent area leadership in business, education and government.

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee makes policy and program recommendations and exercises the powers of the Board of Directors between board meetings.

Committees are formed to implement action plans that work to achieve the organization's mission and objectives.
